AEROBIC EXERCISINGWhy should any person consider Aerobic Exercising? The main purpose is to excel in long distance performance while providing oxygen to the heart muscle with increased blood flow throughout the body.
In the late 60’s and early 70’s, many scientific studies on Aerobic Exercising had shown the typical individual was not receiving enough strenuous activities and therefore not able to perform at a high level for an extended period of time. Their muscles were weakening and lack of strength was due to the notion that people were becoming lazy and a need for an Aerobic Exercising was necessary. Aerobic Exercising became popular because it was not an exercise that demanded performance for a long period. Aerobic Exercise was developed in a way that most people found it acceptable and not over taxing to the body. Aerobic Exercising has become effective with a short period of warm up, anywhere from 5 – 15 minutes, making sure that all muscle groups are fully stretched and with good blood flow to prevent strains or tears.
An individual, who on a consistent basis would perform Aerobic Exercising, will find that their performance in areas of walking, running, bicycling will continue to exceed their previous goals and aspirations. Of course, we will find there are many people that think excessive Aerobic Exercising is harmful to the body, but as a person continues and maintains a regiment, finds their physical and mental performance has been enhanced and they feel good about themselves. Their spirits are high, a more enjoyable personality and the ability to perform at their place of employment with a greater sense of achievement.
